TO ALL RETREAT PARTICIPANTS - THANK YOU FOR READING THIS
The retreats are arranged in a nature area that we need to pay attention and respect for. Thank you for listening to information and local advice for the hikes and trips in the mountain areas. Do always use caution and be aware of your limitations and needs when going for trips. Normal rules for walking and hiking in mountains must be followed. You can read about them here.
We also share the space with other travellers, still there is plenty of space to enjoy silence and solitude if needed.
We encourage all to take full responsibility for all your activities during the retreat; such as yoga classes, hiking, climbing or kayaking.
Please let us know in advance of the yoga classes if you have any injuries or things we need to take into consideration for the classes and retreat. Also if you have any food allergies let us know when you sign up for the retreat.
